New Hideaways Members to Get Savings from Hybrid Shares
The Hideaways Club recently launched its Founder Member Hybrid Share, giving new members investment savings on individual fund membership for both its Classic and City Collection funds. Savings of around $16,000 on overall entry fees will be given to new entrants who sign up for both funds at the same time.
There are three types of shares being offered under the Classic Collection, and two under the City Collection. All of these, including the other varieties of a Hybrid Share, carry the $16,000 savings. Classic includes 100 luxury villas and ski chalets spread all over the world to more than 240 members. The City Collection, on the other hand, is gearing up to introduce more than 120 apartments worldwide with two- and three-bedroom units each. City was launched only in June this year.
Growing City
Today, City has gathered 40 members and boasts of global presence in cities like London, New York, Miami, Barcelona, Vienna, Florence, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. New locations will open by the end of the year in Paris, Berlin, Rome, Istanbul, Prague and Dubai.
For two to four weeks of exclusive use of villas and chalets and 12 nights in city apartments, hybrid fees start at about $307,000 for both funds. Four to eight weeks in villas and chalets and 23 nights in any apartment is pegged at around $590,000.
According to Hideaways founder and director Stephen Wise, the company found it necessary to create the Founder Member Hybrid Share program as continuous clamor from both existing and prospective members continues to pour in. He further explained that the City Collection fund generated positive reaction from the day of the launch. This, Wise said, was the signal for the company to come up with an offer that would reward more people to invest in both City and Classic funds at the same time.
The Hideaway Club had been named Destination Club of 2010 by FractionalLife, the world’s leading web portal for fractional ownership and asset-sharing based in the UK. The Hideaways Club also offers luxury property investment fund and a private members’ club.
