International Timeshare Network Launches National Television Commercial

International Timeshare Network, one of the timeshare resale industry’s leading companies, recently launched a national television commercial that targets consumers looking to buy, rent or sell timeshare properties.

Having the need to differentiate themselves from rival resellers in order to rise above the competition, the International Timeshare Network uses multiple approaches to marketing listings, and is now utilizing the power of television to give their timeshare listings maximum exposure.

Currently the agency is actively running commercials on The Travel Channel, and is set to launch their brand new professionally produced television commercial on several other national networks.

When advertising a Timeshare for Sale or Rental, the driving force in producing an interested party is pointing traffic to their online inventory of Timeshares for Sale, and Timeshares for Rent categories. International Timeshare Network is dedicated to providing their advertiser listings with the highest level of traffic, and has proven that with their investment into their commercial, and additional significant investment in airing the commercial on demographically fitting national networks.

About International Timeshare Network

International Timeshare Network’s headquarters is located in Orlando, Florida- the resorts capital of the world. This gives the agency a unique and thorough understanding of the vacation industry and a unique advantage in the timeshare resale and rental market.

The company is a registered corporate entity- licensed, bonded and insured (which is very important in the business and ensures the company’s strict compliance to, and oversight of state law). As defined by the statue, being bonded is the ultimate protection for the consumer against fraud.

International Timeshare Network is the only company in the industry to guarantee that a portion of net profits are donated to local and national charities.

BEWARE !!! This appears to be a scam if this is all the proof they can give a person about their business. This is the proof they sent me when I questioned them about having a “F” rating with the real BBB. They said they weren’t the same company and that their address was in Longwood, Florida. Note that the above statement by whom ever states that they are Headquartered out of Orlando—where the “F” rated company is at!!!

I recently rented out my Wyndham property through International Timeshare Network on July 4th through July 8th, 2010 at the Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida. I found the process to be easy and professional. I listed with them, and within 2 weeks had the listing rented by a local Orlando family who responded to the listing through the intnltimesharenetwork.com website’s “make an offer” feature.

I have listed with 1 other “listing” company before and was very unsatisfied, so it was refreshing to find a company who did what they said they would do.

    Thank you International Timeshare Network.

I did speak with someone with the International Timeshare Network and I asked her about the rating and she spent 20 minutes with me online explaining the issue; there is an Orlando, FL based company operating as International Timeshare Vacation Network (ITVN) and they do have an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. ITN does have a message on there site emphasizing the distinction and this message is what prompted me to ask about ITVN. Go to both of there websites and look at the address of each company and then go to the Better Business Bureau… I am not being rude to the person before me but take a closer look. As for my Westgate weeks I did hire ITN to handle one of them and only time will tell whether I made a good choice or not and i will come back to this comment board to share the outcome.

  4. BEWARE: Of misinformed/uninformed “comments”!!!

    Ms. Morgan,

I am Operations Manager for ITN. ITN does NOT have an F rating with the BBB, in fact, we have no rating at all, as there has NEVER been one complaint about our company. You are referring to International Timeshare VACATION Network, which is a completely different company, which we never have nor never will be associated with. In fact, we have worked directly with consumers, who have called us by mistake when trying to get in touch with International Timeshare Vacation Network to try to obtain refunds as International Timeshare Vacation Network is no longer in business. So, BEFORE YOU SLANDER A GOOD COMPANY, you should learn the facts and how “searches” work. When searching the internet, or the BBB or using any search box whatsoever, unless you use specific language (bolean) in your search, you will come up with any company/listing that has a combination of the entered “search” criteria/words used in the search. YOU ARE MISTAKEN when you tie the two together based on an INCORRECT assumption. There are many companies located in Orlando that use the word International OR Timeshare OR Network and/or any combination. Longwood, is a suburb or Orlando. We at ITN did not write this article, it is written by an independent source and is an independent entity that is not associated with us in any way. You were sent a link to articles written by independent sources about our company, this was only ONE of them.

ITN is not a scam, and you saying so is slander. We are an Orlando (suburb) based company. We advertise our company and advertiser properties in many many ways. As the article states, we advertise extensively on National Television and at this point have advertised on The Travel Channel, HGTV, CNN and FOX NEWS. We also advertise extensively online, including organic and paid search engine keyword advertising on the top search engines, including Google.com and Bing.com. We maintain and actively use profiles (for marketing purposes) on all the major Social Networking websites, including Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the industry social networking site, perspectiveforums.com to advertise our customer properties. We also advertise extensively in many other marketing platforms at any given time.

ITN is a member in good standing of the ONLINE BUSINESS BUREAU, with ZERO complaints either past or present and is a “recommended company”. ITN is also a member in good standing of ARDA or the American Resort Developers Association, and of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center and Visitors Bureau. All of which have Codes of Conduct-which we adhere to!

ITN is a LICENSED and BONDED company in the State of Florida.

I could go on and on about what seperates us from the competition, however I believe this is enough PROOF of our legitimacy.

We would be more than happy to discuss this with you further should you need any additional clarification on any of the points discussed.

Please learn how to “search” correctly, or at least how to distinguish between an accurate search and an inaccurate search-BEFORE you slander a hard working and legitimate company.

  5. Cynthia never believes scammers

Scammers, pure and simple. Don’t believe this hogwash! They ask for money upfront and then do nothing for you, so you might as well just light a match. I am turning them into the Do Not Call list, because I have told them not to call me ever again.

  6. Re the harsh reply to Ms. Sue Morgan from ITN Management, it sounds as if
ITVN went under and became ITN, In the same Longwood Suburb of Orlando, with similar company name. And the reference to Bolean Search Language plus the chastizing to ‘learn how to “search” correctly’! Not very friendly OR professional!

Ok so i got a phone call almost a year ago( give or take a few months) from a group called global resorts managment. I payed 495 for the guaranteed sale for my Westgate Lakes timeshare. I was reluctant and said no at first after trying to dismiss the sales rep he passed me off to another gentleman named shane dixon who was rude but wouldn’t let me off the phone until i agreed to at least see the package. desperate to find a way out i paid only for no result. Funny thing is in the last week of November 2010 i got a call from another person who was from the website internationaltimesharenetwork.com. After refusing to commit to making the same mistake i was transferred over to Shane Dixon! I researched this company more and found this right on the company page!

    1. ITN is not involved in any negotiation for sale/rent, closing or procuring of buyers; and ITN forwards all inquiries about your vacation property directly to you.

I was told that my only job was to say yes or no obviously by this statement i have to negotiate and sell it they are just giving my number away to whoever inquires.

    2. International Timeshare Network cannot and does not appraise the value or rental price of your timeshare property. The sales or rental price of your property has been established by you, the owner, and International Timeshare Network has made no representations as to the sales/rental price that you may receive.

I was told that my timeshare would sell at a guaranteed price almost double what i paid for my timeshare in the first place. When i asked how this was possible i was fed some line. I then asked to price it at a more realistic rate and the sales rep responded by saying let me list it at what we know we can sell it for.

    3. International Timeshare Network does not specifically advertise your timeshare in our advertising program. Your advertisement is on intnltimesharenetwork.com web site, but not specifically on the other advertisements.
We do not specifically go to your resort to show your property, and are unable to personally assist you in the sale/rental of your timeshares. Our staff can and will assist potential buyers/renters in finding a suitable timeshare from our advertising listings.

I was told that my property would be represented face to face at “this weekends event” at trade shows and that my property would be flagged to sell faster.

    4. International Timeshare Network has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take to sell or rent your timeshare, the success rate of our advertising program, or the sales/rental price that you may receive.

Again the price was set by the sales rep, i was guaranteed no more than 6 months but was assured my location sells faster.

5.Right of cancellation is SEVEN (7) days from date of contract and/or credit card receipt.

Most of us know that if you pay with a card you can dispute the charges well beyond this timeframe. I got my money back from global 7 months after listing.

AGAIN this is all found on internationaltimesharenetwork.com legal disclosures and terms pages

Just got off the phone with a Robert Wilson (per his email), then told me his name was Robert Willis on the phone.
My price was $995 prior to getting a contract.
We got disconnected and I called back, using the Ext. below and got him right away.

He gave me the following numbers to prove he was legit:

I love it when the uninformed public gets taken by these people that pass off a TC license as if it were a real estate license.

PEOPLE: Wake up. TC stands for Commercial Telephone Seller and it only costs $100 to buy one. There’s no test for it and it just SOUNDS official.

Real Estate Licenses in the state of Florida will look like this: SL30692**.

Timeshare is real property. Shouldn’t you be speaking to someone who has been educated about real estate, and has a REAL RE LICENSE?
