Spinnaker Resorts developed its first timeshare project in South Carolina in 1983. Since then, the company has expanded to 10 resorts in Florida, Missouri and South Carolina.
Spinnaker is affiliated with RCI, with its Egret Point Resort receiving 10 consecutive RCI Gold Crown designations. The company is also part of Interval International’s Chairman’s Club, open only to the world’s top 25 resorts in terms of sales.
