Grand Pacific Resorts

Carlsbad-based Grand Pacific Resorts started in 1993 and became California’s largest timeshare company. It operates thirteen resorts around San Diego, Indio, Napa Valley, Carlsbad and Palm Springs, with most awarded the Golden Crown of Excellence by Condominium Resorts International. Members can also exchange their points through the company’s RCI affiliation.

Grand Pacific is oriented for families, and most of their resorts offer Kids Clubs, babysitting services which include movies, video games, arts & crafts and other activities for vacationing children. The company has a staff of 800 and serves over 40,000 families each year.

Grand Pacific is a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). It also owns Advanced Financial Co. as well as Resortime, a luxury condominium rental division.
