Aviawest started in 1989 when founders Andrew and Susan Pearson developed a
15-acre waterfront property in Vancouver, which became the Pacific Shores Resort.
By 2004, the couple’s booming business gave rise to the Avia Resort Club, which
specializes in timeshare, fractional and whole ownership of luxury vacation condos.
The company has 6 resort properties, all located in British Columbia. Aviawest’s affiliation
with RCI also gives members access to the organization’s 3000+ resorts worldwide.
